EXPERIENCE

ABOUT ME

It all started 20 years ago at a lovely little studio with a great list of clients. The hiring manager saw an enthusiastic kid with a lot of passion for learning paired with a great understanding of the layout grid and hired me on the spot.

Since then, I have worked at the printer side, at the agencies, and on the client’s side directly, thus living through the creative to print world in its entirety. I have learned to thrive in the printer’s exceptionally high-pressure environment, adapt to the agency’s designers way of thinking or the extensive approval procedures at the client’s head office. That enthusiasm had never faded, the passion for packaging had grown and brought a great career and a deep feeling of satisfaction. Any challenge that I’ve come across I’ve used as a learning moment, taking note of what had caused it and how to deal with it in the future.

I am not afraid to face a challenge, whether it is a new regulation, type revision number 8 from a client, multiple special finishes or a multi SKU roll-out that is being executed just as its master is being built. Within the team, my approach is to involve the strongest side of every player and to help in the areas where it’s possible to improve.

One would notice a similar attitude reflected through my hobbies, they all require a healthy dose of curiosity, courage to keep learning and a positive attitude.
